Refund policy
Items in this shop are used, salvaged, or reclaimed building materials. Each piece is unique. Condition, wear, and exact size can vary. Listings and photos are a good-faith description, not a new-product warranty.
Please measure your opening and inspect the piece at pickup before you leave the warehouse.
All sales are final after pickup
Once an item has been picked up and has left the warehouse, the sale is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Fit (wrong size for your opening)
- Normal wear, scratches, or age on used materials
- Difficulty loading or transporting
There is no shipping, so there is no return-shipping refund.
If the listing was clearly wrong
If the item you receive at pickup is not the item listed (wrong product, clearly wrong size vs the listing, or not the piece in the photos), tell us before you leave the warehouse, or call (510) 383-1983 the same day.
We will make it right when we can — usually by swapping for the correct piece if it is still here, store credit, or a refund of the purchase price. We decide case by case.
Canceled orders (before pickup)
If you ordered online and have not picked up yet, call us. If the item is still here and unpaid issues are cleared, we can cancel the hold. If you already paid and we cancel before pickup, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
